Isn't it amazing what a haircut can do for you? I don't know if it's the same with guys, but I know for a lot of girls a haircut can be one of the best things we can do for ourselves.
I did get the red re-redded, and the cut is a liiiitle shorter then normal, but it was nice for a change. A guy I used to work with always got his hair cut the same time every year and called it the re-set. I liked that. It can easily transfer over to your state-of-mind as well.
