Managers and boss's out there please take note

Nobody likes to be micromanaged. It creates hostility and resentment. ESPECIALLY if one of your employees has been the top sales rep for the last 6 months, yeah, she especially hates it. SO.FUCKING.STOP.

  1. Courtney - I had no idea we worked together! :) Our staff recently sat through a very long personality profile seminar, in which every single one of us was labeled "Dominant". The speaker stressed the importance of allowing dominant employees to do their jobs without micro-managing them. Apparently, our supervisors stuffed their ears full of cotton prior to the seminar, because NOTHING has changed.
