New Albany Smoking Ban

I'm not going to go into a lot of details or words on this ban right now. If you want to find out more you can visit the New Albany Tribune's website to read about the embarrassing display from several parties that transpired last night.

Most of you probably know that I am not shy about voicing my opinion of a smoking ban, I support them. While there should be some exceptions, cigar/smokeshops undoubtedly, it comes down to basic public health.

Anyway, there are several emails going around requesting that you call the Mayors office to ask him to veto the vote, but if you're supportive of a smoking ban on restaurants here in New Albany, please call Mayor England's office and tell him so. 812.948.5333

  1. We have a smoking ban in Columbus. It is so nice. You can take your kids to a restaurant and not have to worry that the smoke is sneaking over the half wall diving the sections. Not to mention how awesome it is to go to a concert and not come home smelling like an ashtray!
