Chile Rellenos Chicken! (it's from a Pampered Chef book) (paraphrased in ceece-speak)
2 egg whites
Chicken breast
Doritios
Lime juice.
1 Clove of Garlic.
Strips of Green Chile's
Shredded Mont Jack Cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
In a bowl mix the egg whites, lime juice and garlic until frothy.
In another bowl smash the hell out of some Doritos.
Coat your chicken on the egg mixture then coat with the doritos and place on pan.
Back at 350 for 18-20 minutes or until chicken is just slightly pink, pull out and place chile's and cheese and back for another 3-5 minutes.
SO FREAKING GOOD, and ohmygawd how easy?
